STREET SWEEPER

I only notice it on 38 lsb when the power is over halfway. I switched over to the passenger side antenna and it quit doing it. I think the driver's side coil is filled with water.

 

Whats the point of talking on a radio all morning giving shout outs to fbook folks? Kinda annoying if u ask me.

 

It's really annoying when they do it on 19...

 

Guess I don't know what this post refers to someone please fill me in.

 

If you are referring to all of the base stations that hog the airwaves ( especially ch 19) when they could be communicating on facebook, the reason they like the cb is because they need constant reassurance that their station sounds top shelf. If you notice 99.9% of the conservations have to do with their equipment and how great it sounds, then they talk about all the arguments from the night before,than the weather, and finally what are they going to buy with the next disability check.

 

A great thing about my 3-foot get-into-any-parking-garage K30 on my car is the fact that it can't pick up most of the long-distance Channel 19 interlopers using illegal high-wattage radios to disturb the day of folks trying to make a living.

 

I agree... there's a Spanish guy on 19 that just says nothing but Ohla, ohla and then whistles like he's calling his dog. I assume ohla means hello in Spanish?? Sometimes he does this for almost an hour. The sad part is that he does have a decent sounding station.

 

Have you ever heard the west memphis dope dealer called snowmain that doesnt ever shut up about that green or that white? Street sweeper is kinda the same deal but he has a big radio out of south fla that i can pick up in arkansas. He gives shout outs to people on the cb that contact him threw facebook and likes his photography. He always refers to himself in 2nd person and is really annoying.
