Everything you said is the truth. Most of us have the b.s. every day if you're in region 5. Walmart doesn't care. It used to be better. I still won't do any of it off duty. Wait until Peoplenet is company wide.Then the cameras. We'll get another screwing.

 

Puppuller, I hear you loud and clear on the peoplenet. I've been running out of 6065 the last 2 weeks, they're neck deep in the peoplenet, and it's a screwed up nightmare. Nothing works right on them, screens go blank, duty status changes while going down the road (a guy was complaining it logged him to sleeper while driving), navigation system is clueless, and these were just a few issues they were complaining about. Had a hand written complaint book that looked like the El Paso white pages. They had several drivers going out with each driver who got a new one installed to try to show them how it worked, problem was, they weren't working properly. They had some temporary routing program called "ok to go" or something like that, and that wasn't jiving with navigo. Doesn't take you to the right driveway/entrance like the old did, only showed interstate roads. It just seemed like a huge mess. Thrown into the trucks and upon the drivers with no clue to the results once initiated. I feel very, very fortunate my D.C. Was not a pilot for them, because every driver was beyond frustrated.

I can hardly wait. I also heard that by the end of August we will all find out about how we're going to get screwed on our work schedules.Buddy was told that by a G.T.M. at another D.C. Then it will be something else to make our jobs more difficult but more bonus money for management.

 

That's the way it seems to go lately. They want to make us as miserable as the store help.

 

Yeah I can't stand peoplenet... all these changes has been bringing me back to the saying " if it ain't broke don't fix it".

At my store it's a never ending employee turnover. Have you seen any of the store employees with the capes on yet? I'm waiting to see some of the blue blood kool- aid drinking drivers start wearing them too.
