So, from what I'm reading, at Western, just like every other mega, be willing to drive and your DM will try to keep you loaded

 

Oh they will keep you loaded no matter what, at least on the northeast regional. Some weeks pay better than others no matter how many loads you do. The sliding pay scale sucks. But yes you will be rolling I find it hard to find time to pull over and pee. The only thing I don't like is never knowing where they are sending me next "NYC". Wish they had something dedicated.

 

Haha that is true my friend. I like when they send me preplans. I already ran 1200 miles since Sunday . 500 today alone

 

Good to know, I'm heading to Fontana for orientation on Monday, from what I've read, they seem at least half way decent company... as long as you're willing to put miles on the truck

It's been my experience with the other mega carriers that if you aren't making money, than you either got snippy on the QC, or your trying to go to the he house every weekend

 

Going into Jersey city tomorrow this should be fun. I told them I'll do it if they get me home this weekend
