Anyone familiar with the Chespeake VA location??

Idk what the dryage position is but if it's linehaul it'll most likely be nights. Especially if you mentioned the terminal isn't very big. OD is a great company tho. Now there is a thread on here somewhere about OD and some dude got hired in for linehaul and when he started they then told him "oh btw it's a team position." Now I don't know how true that is, I don't see them not telling you that before you get hired but who knows. Also be wary some LTL shows line haul but you're gone all week running the system. I mean they'll put you up in a hotel but just FYI. I'm not sure if OD has systems runners or if everything is a turn. Good luck

 

I can only speak for my barn but almost all our positions are home daily. We did have a Wild driver (system) and one team but we don't anymore. We have enough drivers WANTING to run teams I have never heard of anyone getting the "BTW....." statement. Not saying it won't happen but it will be clearly stated. JMHO
