I heard from few contractors they 65 bs got them a nice rate increase. So they better share some down to the drivers

    I heard that too

Be honest though I don't care.

We had a deal, so many cpm plus extras at such and such a speed for such and such a tractor.

They changed the deal, I didn't change the deal nor agree to the deal. Thus it's all up for negotiation again.

and pay the same while cutting the speed don't fly, not in today's market.

Want to pretend to be a real LTL carrier, then by god you're going to have to pay like a real LTL. Cuz the only real advantage of working for FXG instead of others was at least you could get stuff done and make some progress. (i.e. do the dang speed limit). Can't do that, then there isn't much point to working there unless the pay is better.

My contractor bumped up our pay when we went to 65.

Almost all wild teams make more than dedicated. A friend of mine who is a contractor said he gets less for dedicated than wild, I've seen alot of contractors offering wild runs at a higher pay rate, but I wouldn't give up my dedicated for it. The most miserable guys I see at any given terminal are wild teams.

The only difference in pay is between solo or team.

An Unassigned truck does not make more than a dedicated truck

A lot of contractors pay higher on wild because you have to chase the miles than you would on a dedicated. That's the excuse they use to pay low on a dedicated. I am on a dedicated and make a whole lot more than a wild team. Just depends on the contractor

Yes they do pay less if it's a true dedicated run that's not a specialized load. If it's a engineered dedicated run then no. A engineered dedicated run is just where they tie 2 regular contracted loads together.
