Companies that reimburse training costs, what's in it for them?

Call a few companies you're interested in and ask which school they hire from. Many companies don't care as long as it's 160 hrs., which in that case just go to the cheapest one unless the company you want does tuition reimbursement, then either price is ok.

Flatbed is pretty good. I did it for awhile when I lived in Tennessee, my home state. Hauled lots of construction equipment, such as bulldozers, etc. from the east coast to California. Most were being exported to China. Hauled lots of commercial air conditioners from a plant in Tennessee to California. Usually hauled lumber out of California back to the east coast.
Never know what's on the next flatbed load. Once hauled a boiler for a heating system from the east coast to Burnaby, Canada.
There's 3 pretty good flatbed outfits that will probably hire you.
