Beware of buying anything trom Falconeye electronics because they will not stand behind their products. They will take your money and run.

I purchased a 4 camera wireless system and I've had nothing but problems with it since I installed it.

Their AD's make their equipment look very high end but in reality the hardware is cheap and does not perform as advertised.

I basically wasted 700$ on a system that's 4 months old and broken.

Their customer service is of little help and very unprofessional. I spoke to the same person who claimed to have two different names, James and Jamal on two separate occasions and his troubleshooting skills were non existent. They finally stated that there is some mysterious interference but the literature states that there will be no interference because their system is top notch.

I've had my KDLinks X1 cam for almost 2 years now. It's working perfectly and has an awesome image. But, to top it off, a couple months ago the cigarette lighter connection broke. Thinking I'd have to pay for a new one (with the long cord) from the manufacturer, I sent an email telling them what had happened all the while bracing for the cost. They immediately replied telling me they had shipped out a new one. When I got the package from them, they'd included a 64Gb XD card with the cord. All at NO COST to me! I'd call that AWESOME customer service!

Yes I spent about 700$ on a 4 camera, wireless DVD system.

It was a nightmare since installation about 10 months ago.

Immediately after installation, the monitor would constantly lose the signal to the wireless cameras rendering it useless to me. I went around and around with the vendor and he had me try the most ridiculous things when all along they were running out the clock for a 30 day refund so now I'm stuck with it.

They finally replaced the monitor after several months and they also replaced a couple of the waterproof cameras that aren't apparently waterproof because they developed condensation inside of them.

So about 9 months later the new monitor displays an error with the SD card. I tried multiple SD cards to no avail. So once again I have to send the monitor back to have it replaced. Once the one year clock runs out I will be stuck with this useless POS.

Also they misrepresented their product on many occasions claiming wonderful night vision which is in fact so, so to terrible. No one says anything about how the cameras are completely washed out by headlights etc. Forget about recording anything reasonable in the rain or the snow.

The technology is very crude. No wifi....you have to remove the monitor from its mount to remove the card...The picture quality is extremely overstated on the website along with the night vision capabilities.

They will absolutely never get my money ever again and I will continue to warn all of my fellow drivers to steer clear of this sham of a company.

There is more but I'm tired and I want to sleep.

    Good luck.

In the year 2018, I would expect better equipment then this. It is severely overhyped for what it is. Customer support is just about as pathetic as you can possibly get. I actually drove to their office near Austin Texas and I had never seen such an amateur operation. Extremely unprofessional.

This technology that is being sold to us by them is seriously outdated and completely overhyped for the amount of money involved.

Buyer beware. That's all I have to say. I'm stuck with it but I will replace it because it is an absolute joke.
