Health insurance is terrible. Blue blooded Kool-aid drinkers will say it's bad everywhere. True at most companies but not every company makes 16-17 BILLION a year in net profits like Wal-Mart either.

Doug worked his way up thru the ranks. And got his education to further move up in Walmart. And he works in a modest normal size office, unlike other CEO's. If anyone is deservant of a raise it would be him. He's saves WM big $$$

Hey guys so I got my pre trip and road test tomorrow and I think I'm more nervous then when I was when I did it for the DOT the first time! Can anyone give me some advice on how it all goes down? I've heard all you gotta do is point and explain, but then I've also heard you actually get hands on. The company I'm with now has all automatics so im a little rusty time in my gears but nothing a couple minutes won't fix. I guess I'm just curious on what to expect. Thanks

Simply put do a proper dot pretrip. Don't hit anything, don't curb a tire, drive safe and professional. It's really not that hard. Relax be yourself. Good luck

It doesn't matter what company you work for, companies have to keep up with the changing times. If companies don't change of course they will be left behind, whether the changes are good or bad in our opinion, we need to roll with it or look for another place of employment. But to worry and have anxiety over this you don't even know what the changes are.
