True. But hell, you can be killed at any moment, anywhere. If the money was good, I could see a guy going for it. But no money = no go.LoudOne and Broke Down 69 Thank this.

You are still going to be taxed wherever you go in this world as a American Citizen. If you can find a bank willing to handle your paychecks under the stack of requirements and Law from the IRS, DOJ etc in a overseas land.
The exchange rate would not be in your favor in Europe, UK etc. It might be somewhat better in Austrailia. And really good in Russia (Something like 65 roubles to the dollar) but conditions might not be to your liking. In the UK for example you are restricted to a National Limit of 50mph or so for heavy trucks. I don't know about you 50 is slow.
The only attraction anywhere would either be Russia with it's 11 time zones and literally thousands of miles on what I would consider off road trucking with trucks able to cross three foot rivers when they need to. Or....
The Australian Road Train. Put yourself into 4 trailers hitched to your 1980 cabover engine with a 3406 Kitty Cat, maybe a 425 two turbo engine. Find your weights in the area of 450,000 gross pounds. And gently shift that poor kitty just so.
Maybe one day if I ever make it down there, some one will toss me into the cab so I can have a go for 10 miles hopefully. But all I can do right now is drool over the you tube videos listening to the two turbos sing on that poor cat caterwauling under the torque against 450,000.
It's nice to dream grass being greener on other side of fence. But I warn you, over seas trucking is pretty...basic. And not really that nice sometimes. Remember our old worn out trucks get shipped and sold overseas so they can quietly die at 3 million miles or whatever. -
Been there done that. Big Round Leader in Norks had his daddy try to make trouble back in the 90's We hauled war freight to the ports for a few months into that summer quietly building up in case he does attack south. Fortunately big daddy had a heart attack and died we were back to normal by fall.
Little Round Leader son showed a little bit of good judgement by not attacking Guam. It is a shame, we had some THAAD's on Anderson that could have had their first combat shoot. -
That's underseas trucking. Whole different ball game.

Told ya you should have taken that left turn at Albaturkey
