I found it here is what it was. This was jackfrost that posted this
    Biker Update II
I know a lot of people here know him and his internet access is limited right now and he asked me to come by and share his adventures on the road. Well he made it thru training with no incidents and got his own truck. Unfortunitly CR england talked him into a lease option package and he went for it. This is his second week out on his own and he already had his first incident. He was at a truck stop and either backing into the spot or pulling out his trailer tore up the truck next to him pretty badly. He is concerned that england is going to fire him for this. As of last night there is no word on what is going to happen. He is pretty shook up about it all so everybody wish him well. Not much more on the details right now but as they come in i will keep you informed.

I can not stress enough for you drivers to get out and look. If you have the slightest doubt in your mind on where your trailer is or if you can make the space , please get out and look. And with winter coming up it is easy to hit a small patch of ice in a truck stop and slide just a foot and that is all it takes to cause an accident. Know your surroundings and G.O.A.L that space.

That is horrible, he fell for the fleece trap. A green driver has the highest chance of getting into fender bender during his first year of driving. Coupled with the fact he is "leasing" and you have a perfect recipe for disaster.

My husband just started driving for CR England a few month ago and he unfortunately signed a 6-month lease. Not too sure about the program but I can tell you that his paychecks are averaging about $200 a week. There have been several paychecks that were less than $100. Not a good thing when you have a family to take care of. He's hoping to get a student and start making a bit more money but I don't know if it will happen or not (the making more money part).

    Uh-Oh!
    Not sure about the program?!
Was/Is your husband (sure about the program)?

    If not, WhY not?
And, if so, WhY'd he DO it?
Not a good thing no matter HOW you look at it.
Well, ........ unless we're talkin' 'bout those at C.R. England who hide behind metal detectors
and are protected by armed guards.
It seems they're making out like bandits.
    Literally.

We've heard many stories here of NEGATIVE paychecks by C.R.E. lease (fleece) drivers.
And one thing we don't seem to hear are C.R.E. success stories.
Leading this poster to believe that there aren't too many, if any.

Please, PLEASE, ---- tell me that your husband has more than 6 months total driving experience!!

Either way, I wonder WhY ANYone who knows what a scam C.R. England is
would be willing to train another, unsuspecting person to drive for such
    a shabby truckin' company?

Had your husband's trainer there told him the truth, would your husband still
    be there now?

Not to mention, that trainees tend to tear up Big trucks as they learn.
Who'll be paying for the repairs?

At any rate, welcome to the forums, TruckersWife78. :hello2:
Sorry to hear that C.R. England is doing to y'all what they're
WELL known to have done to MANY others.

I hope that you'll continue to post here, to inform others of what
they can expect at C.R. England.

    Good luck! :biggrin_25519:

I dont think companies like england should be allowed to even think about offering a lease program to drivers until they have had a minimum of a year over the road, atleast they would have a slightly better understanding of what they are getting themselves into. JMO...:biggrin_2554:

    Follow the Money Trail.
There seems to be a method to C.R. England's madness.

    Consider this ----
    C.R.E. leases y'all a Big truck.
Y'all fail to make a profit, and go under, ---
but y'all STILL owe C.R.E. money.

Meanwhile, C.R.E. reposes that Big truck,
and leases it to another, unsuspecting, person.

How many times do y'all reckon C.R. England leases
that same Big truck to different people?

C.R.E. doesn't pay the insurance on that Big truck,
nor the repairs, maintenance, fuel, tires, permits, tolls, road-use taxes, etc, etc.
    The fleece driver does.

What C.R.E. DOES do, is dispatch y'all for loads.
Which means, they can make or break y'all.
And, seein' as how it seems to be IN their favor to
break y'all, ---- is it any wonder why so many fail?
    C.R.E. holds ALL the cards.

    Know when to hold 'em
    Know when to fold 'em
and know when to walk away.
    :Courier:Or RUN away,
    as the case may be.
