I think what pisses me off the most is when the posted price on an item says one thing, but when they run the bar code through the scanner they charge a higher price. Then when you call it to their attention, they have to call a manager, who physically goes to the shelf and verifys that you aren't lying to them. Then he has to approve the void of the charged price before the correct price can be entered.

I always use this real easy questionnaire to see if I am being overcharged:
1. Are you at a truck stop?
2. Did you buy something?
