Yes, I was hired with no experience, Budweiser trains their employees here, and also pays all but $150 for you to get your CDL's.
It's alot of exercise, summer hours are longer - but all in all I love what I do. As a matter of fact, I recently took a weekend pullup position as well, so im working 7 days a week for Bud.
Who should I start with?

I work for R.A. Jeffreys Distributing (Budweiser)....like I said its alot of exercise, but nothing hard about it - just long hours.
I have been there almost a year, and I should end up making about 41k -
Thanks for the info. I contacted the local beer dist and will be visiting them soon. They aren't hiring but I'll show em my face anyway until they get sick of looking at it

I would look into the local liquor and wine dist as well,...more money than beer,..here in WI anyway...
If yous know a tavern or liquor store owner,...it might pay to ask who their dist are,....gives yous a longer list of places to apply at...Michigan Matt Thanks this. -
Just met a fellow who started at Western Express who put in his 3yrs and has been working at Heartland express since the beginning of this yr. While I know little about Swift, Roehl, SNI, Prime, SRT, Crete, others; it seems to me that Crete and Roehl are better and some of the distribution places like McClane will take newbies also.

Thanks for the names of other carriers. The more names of places you guys think are Good or have positive feedback on the better. I really only know the local ones, so the more you list the more I can look up.
Once I'm on the road and get some Experience, I hope I can help others here as much as some of you have helped me. Alot of people here giving good advice, so i try to thank as many as possible.
Keep em coming!
Thanks again -

Sigma, Sysco, Averitt, and Old dominion all take recent grads too. Also, WEL systems takes grads too. Conway Truckload, and ABF takes grads too. All those are good companies to start out with.
