    I've only ever heard the Tarzan one, usually while I'm in the Northeast. If I ever figure out who it is I'm going to smash my pull bar across his head and shove the radio where the sun never shines.

    How does one go about getting those even put in? Is it only on older CBs or can the new ones get them too? We just curious as to WTF?

    A halfway capable CB technician can put extra things in any radio. They often will substitute the control for it where a useless switch/knob is and solder it into the board. For example, they can put echo controls in place of a 29's "Delta Tune" knob.
