Thanks man, totally. Felt it needed to be known; just couldn't figure out where and how to present it. Appreciate.

Remember how I said "if you're going to be strong, be strong all over? I could military press 405lbs seated. I would reverse grip bench 455 lbs. And nosebreakers were at 275 lbs. If you get your weak lifts way up, the strong lift will skyrocket.

I was older. Contrary to other sports, powerlifters and strongmen peak much later. We don't develop the Man Strength until our late twenties. This is why Dad can beat your arse when he's middle aged and you're in your late teens early twenties.

    Have your nephew try this...

You know the old saying, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger"? It's true. Have a spotter hand him off some crazy weight, like 350 lbs on a seated military press. Bend the arms slightly, and hold the weight overhead for 30 seconds. The first time, he will not be able to do it. But next week, he will be able to hold it longer and longer and longer...

...until one day, he will actually be able to press the weight up to lock out the elbows. With that kind of shoulder strength, the bench press will HAVE TO go up.

Well I gotta tell ya, man. My nephew just left, and I read him all your numbers and he was WAY impressed. He was explaining to me what all those different ^^^ types presses are you mentioned (because I had no clue...) and says he'll show me when he goes to work out tonight.
For your weight class, he says you must be "ONE MEAN MO FO!" ;)

He says he needs a spotter that could even HANDLE that kind of weight first, LoL. (not ME!) He really DOES need a workout buddy. Next question: How much can you 'push press?'
