Military is rigid torso
Push press you use your legs and get your head under/around the bar while straightening up then lock your elbows
Like I said clean n jerk but no clean portioned -
Reverse tricep curl while lying down like you're going to bench press

Nose breaker is a tricep exercise, similar to skull crushers. Lay on a bench, untracked the weight, bend your arms and bring the weight down to where it almost touches the bridge of the nose. I wish I'd known you 25 years ago.
I did a lot of leg work in high school. It was really the only thing in weight lifting class I could compare to the jocks with. Don't you dare lay down to do a bench press if you couldn't put up at least 2 45lb plates on either end of the bar. That was one of the fastest ways to become a pariah.
Of course, now I look like this.
Sounds like you'd be one hell of an influence on the young. I hope you do it more often. -

I didn't know either; ... apparently a shoulder press but you get to use your legs for the push. You spring with your knees and use your legs as well. Man, you guys amaze me!Last edited: Sep 2, 2017
