'51 ford...you might want to go to the doctor. If you have infection in your tooth they won't touch it at the dentist. Had a friend just went through that. He had to wait a week before they would work on his tooth.

 

We hauled into jtm, welches and a place down in north east...cant recall the name right now.

 

Chew on aspirin on that tooth. Tastes very bitter but usually provides instant relief.

 

Went through the exact same thing about a month ago. Fought it for a week or so hoping it would go away, the Tylenol and 800 mg Ibuprofen's helped a little but it still hurt like heck.

Depends on who, when, and what's going on. After I finally gave up, called my dentist he got me in the next day. He ended up referring me to an Endodontist because it was infected, the Endodontist got me in the next day, then he proceeded to tell me I needed a root canal which he did that same morning. Hopefully it won't come to that, but there is a little hope it won't take long to get it remedied somehow @1951 ford.

In the past 2 years I've had 3 root canals and now I need 3 crowns, and I take care of my teeth, all 28 of em!
(Had my wisdom teeth pulled years ago).

One more root canal and it means I've donated enough to get a building named after me at the University of Oklahoma dental school! lol

 

My youngest threw a remote at my daughter and busted off her two front teeth..... Called our regular dentist that we had helped start his practice.... Nope two weeks to get her in....come to Jesus convo with his receptionist..... Called my mom's dentist she was in and out. Yeah I'm gonna send a thirteen year old girl to school with her teeth broken.

Dentist are like doctors..... You have to find the ones that want to do their job or the ones that wasn't to collect a check. Sounds like trucking..... Everyone has to deal with ########.?

 

That's what I'm afraid of.

I'll give that a try. So far, knock on wood, this morning it's not bothering me.

I was taking 800 of ibuprofen last night. I've got several crowns and had as many root canals to boot.

 

@DDlighttruck Which route did you take after you left the big orange bridge? I saw some Joshua trees so I'm guessing thru Indio?
