That happened at exit 260, near the TA in Earle, AR. It's one of those partial cloverleaf ramps that makes it too easy for someone unfamiliar with the area to get on going the wrong way.
Note the Do Not Enter sign that conflicts with the One Way sign. I can see where someone could get screwed up when the sign across the road points 40 West is that way.G13Tomcat Thanks this.
