Somebody tell me this doesn't have long term affects on your health.

    Not smell. But fumes

This ends up becoming methane at farm

Almost wonder if this could be a random Asthma like reaction from being exposed to this plus the hot temps.

Where are these kitchens with boiling, dripping sweat? I don't want to eat there.

On a serious note, are these grease traps that catch the grease in wash water before it goes down the drain? Or do they have some pit in the back to store used grease or something? I've never worked in a restaurant.

Most of the restaurants here have a grease dumpster that's out back, surrounded by cats and raccoons. I think they just wheel the used oil out in buckets for the animals to eat.

    Heat off commercial regrerators
    No ac at night

I think they would be dead honestly

Especially considering it is fast food joint

I'm going to ignore the fact that I sucked in fumes all night like its 1980

Go another night and see what happens suckin grease.....everyone step back and get out of the way

Things are about to get stinky

I really do attract shiity jobs

If I start thinking I'm going to blackout and feel I'll again will keep bottle of grease handy to sip on
