I see lots of loads posted in the US on 123loadboard and load surfer. These have some for Canada but not much, definitely not enough to run in canada only without contracts or dedicated customers.
Ive heard loadlink has lots of canadian loads but havent tried them.
How to get lots of Canada only loads? Is running in the US probably going to happen anyway, so better plan for it?
This is for a new business getting in to dry van work based in the GTA.

1. From Toronto (if staying within Canada) there are pretty much 3 areas dry van loads go..
Montreal, NB and the prairie provinces.
2. You will find 1-4 loads going straight to NB or NS in a given week and you will rarely have anything to bring back. Triaxles come back from there if anything.
3. You might find something to take into Prairie provinces but nothing to bring back into Ontario.
4. That leaves you with QC runs. You will get loads in/out of Montreal but dont expect same day deliveries. You will do maybe 3 trips a week and a round trip will be roughly $1400.
Therefore, its better to go south of the border which I am doing right now. -
Kinda what I figured. Thanks for the info.

Dry vans are garbage freight. Broaden your horizons and get into deck work and you'll never back haul mt.
dustinbrock Thanks this. -

They're on their way to pick up their back haul -
Anyone can suggest another legitimate website than loadlink?
