    Head out this evening from OKC for my annual pilgrimage to Rossburg, Ohio for 3 days/nights of Dirt Track racing with a stop off in Indy to pick up 2 of my buds flying in from Delaware.

    With 20,000 other folks at the best Dirt Track facility in America, Eldora Speedway, for the World 100 and the top Late Model drivers in the world, all racing for $50,000 and one of the most coveted trophies in Dirt Track racing, it doesn't get any better for Dirt Track racing fans.

    I don't sit and wait very good. Supposed to load at 9 am. I show up 9:20 there's two trucks in the loading bays. It's a steel plant so I'm not surprised. Called the boss he said I'm getting paid hourly but I said I can't afford to sit around. He knows I hate sitting. I'm not really to fussed over appointment times and this goes to show why. They called and wanted to know where I was should translate into get me in a door and get me loaded.

    I dunno I'm gonna try to be adult about this but I'd have left an hour ago if it was up to me.

    Edit: Sitting in a hot truck no A/C is part of the issue

    Just going to watch, we've done it every year for quite a while now. Guess I'm going stag, just got a phone call that they can't make it, one of them got into an accident today, he's OK.

    Too bad I'm not still driving or I could say "That's truckin I guess", lol.
