It's a balancing act. You have to figure whether the possible increase in revenue is worth the increased risk, fuel, and insurance, and operating costs. There's no one size fits all solution because we're all motivated differently.

I gotcha, I just hear so many opinions , some say No don't get your Authority, too much risk, money,etc, then on the flip side , just like ,lately, I've been researching, on leasing onto Interstate, and horing a driver and the numbers seem ok, but you have guys that say No, don't go that route, because you want make money that way either, but them you got guys that say , hey its cool, to start a small fleet under a carriers authority, because less risk, better inuance rates, etc. To me it's a lot more appealing and safer to run under a carriers authority, even if it's a price to pay them.
