Allowed to work 16 hours total (drive and on duty) in 24 hours with a mandatory 8 consecutive hour break before the next 16 hour set. Required 34 hour restart every two weeks so you can get your dealer to bring you more go go juice.

1. No more than three caffeinated drinks in one shift.
2. Tear out style logbooks mandatory.
3. All loads drop and hook or immediate load/unload upon arrival.
4. No more than 16 hours driving or 1000 miles per individual driver per day.
5. No 30 minute break, period.
6. If you are within 250 miles of making it home, the HOS do not apply.
7. Mandatory 72 hours at home every fri sat and sun.
