I don't know if this was corrected later in post, however ROEHL 7/4 7/3 and 7/7 are all slip seaters. Doesn't make a huge dent in your life though, if you're home that much!

Yea I was going to go with roehl until they told me i had to slipseat on the 7/3 7/4 thing.. which isn't a big deal.. but with 2 years exp they weren't paying enough to make it worth while of the hassle to load up and unload then probably not get very good miles I put my app in at BTC, 27th or the 2nd is my orientation.. Wish it was sooner.. These bills aren't paying themselves.

who is your trainer? I worked at BTC for about a year and I really loved them. They where fair to me and treated me well, the only reason I left was I bought my own truck and run a local route from Russelville ar to Little Rock ar twice a day. If you run into a guy named Roy Hanson, he was my trainer, tell him Charlie said hello

This is an interesting post.
I noticed that it's kinda dropped though about 3 to 4 weeks ago - sometime in Sept./Oct. timeframe. I'm curious as to what happend to these guys that went to run for BTC.
I'm interested in knowing more. I'm interested in Maverick, but BTC sounds like a bit of a better co. reading here.
I'm at the 26/385 split in SC, 2 miles from the Pilot.
I've yet to see a Maverick truck roll thru.
I have seen BTC trucks come thru.
I've already got my Class A, but have NO FlatBed experience.
I've only got Van and reefer exp. from Swift.
I'm going to try to hunt down Treyce like Skateboard had said. -
One word of caution...Flatbed freight is DEAD. in all the years I've been trucking, freight has always died between Thanksgiving through January..February is starvation month. then in March it picks back up and soon after that you'll be wishing for some off time...This year however is much worse it has hit sooner and harder. The economy is down and no one is spending, everyone's in limbo w/ the new administration....BTC has drivers coming in an quitting("I ain't making no money")...thinking they can go to another outfit and do better......Thats just not the case...
