Wonder how one would go about pulling a load for an LTL to cover fuel and expenses, and a 2nd pup with supplies, if such person doesn't 'work' for that company?!?Mike2633 Thanks this. -
I booked $5,500 Wednesday afternoon on a load of frozen. Nashville pick Wednesday night to Orlando delivered Friday morning. That's $8 a mile. @BoyWander and a few others on here have seen the rate con and know I'm not just making stuff up. It was not a FEMA load and was a 1 p and 1 d. I don't think I'd go down there after the disaster has already come thru for any less than $10 a mile and $1,000 per day layover. But that's just me. Every time a storm is coming into Florida I like to score a good load that delivers there just before it hits.
