I know I've been posting in here for a while now but I need your help one last time. Two minutes to go in the game and I need to make a decision. Freymiller seems like a great place to start but driver facing camera's? I dunno how I'm going to feel about that once I'm in the truck. Calex is a little closer to home, pay is about the same as Freymiller. Equipment maybe not as great but still good and a little faster at 68 mph. So really what it comes down to is that camera a reason to say no to a company?
Freymiller or Calex Logistics

Not really. I wasn't comfortable with them either, but they really only come into play when triggered...like hard braking, for example.
And the Freymiller family are AWESOME!Need4Speed and augiedoggie41 Thank this. -

I'll second that!!
With Freymiller, no one is really looking over your shoulder. Only if that camera is triggered. It's in your best interests...safety wise...to not trigger it anyway.
And their trucks are nothing like the bare bones boxes of some other companies!augiedoggie41 Thanks this. -
Well you are pretty convincing. I thought Freymiller was the perfect company but the camera's had me second guessing. I might have to get on the phone with my recruiter tomorrow and get the ball rolling.

Did you go through Freymiller's training program? If so did you find it thorough and prepared you for the road ahead?
-
I trained elsewhere; just went through the orientation. Pretty standard but Chris and Steve made it more interesting lol.
Is Vickie your recruiter, or Liz? Both are wonderful ladies.Need4Speed Thanks this. -
Liz is my recruiter and she has been great. No pressure like when I've talked to other companies.
