Epic enforcement on the Vine yesterday. Two bear on the bridge with the gun, like 6 cruisers ringing 'em up. It says 35, and they mean 35.

Schnieder, Swift, CRST, 3 independents all getting rung up.

Try Maryland sometime. They use wolf packs.

On 70 east of Frederick Prior to NM Scales I was in the middle of a herd of cars about 22 of us. All of us rolling along in a pack.

Round the curve under the boss cruiser with guns above the barth bridge over our heads had 10 cruisers on the left shoulder 10 more on the right. Herringbone pattern.

What developed was a fleet of sharks catching a bunch of fish. That's me. But not that day. me and one other emerged from the pack grinning at each other scared bad. We stayed in the middle core as the world ended with those police lights 360.

whew. That's a long time ago but they hammered us good.

Another time I carted 5 drunken friends home as a sober. Came out of baltimore with a carload of them on 26. 4 baltimore county cruisers settled in a box around my junker car at exactly what I hoped was the speed limit. 45? 55? 50? sweat as they eyeball us all. They did not bother us too much. But knew #### well what was up at 2 am that night.

I've seen bear about a mile from the bottom on the north side in the middle with the gun several times clocking guys coming down heading north. Everyone brought this on themselves, cause some of those dudes fly down that hill.

They had an interesting way of doing the stop as well. The cruiser would get in front of the truck he wanted to stop on some of them.

Saw them doing wolf packs in AR a few weeks ago. About darned time, too. Wish they would do that everywhere.

I'll slide through grinning ear to ear! There are benefits to sticking to the posted speed limit!

On 67 they like to catch groups of speeders. Take care coming through McRae and Cabot roughly... they be bears about. If you are easy and slow (We are fixing to go 75 as soon the highways people paint the signs and post em as of 31 july this year...)

I tell you this, in our area sometimes there is a problem with catching a bad guy with guns who is trying to get out of town through whatever perimeter the police established. That poor POS bad guy being chased does not understand that Lonoke County will drive a hour to get to join the party along with Pulaski and Faulker Counties if they have time. And they will all pile on like hound dogs.... Bad guy has no chance. But they do try and sometimes run a fair distance. But eventually they are run down.

Have you noticed them sitting on a overpass across the highway in a regular highway department truck with the gun. And the pack at the next exit sitting on the get on ramp? I live north of you a ways but that's there new M.O. in our territory

North Carolina(Highway Patrol) does that sometimes too. In particular along I-77 north of Charlotte. One would run "interference" on top of a bridge with the gun while relaying information to his "associates" waiting on an on-ramp or around a curve. Same thing happens along I-75 in Georgia once in a while as well, typically between the state patrol or some of the county mounties-especially as you go further south towards Florida.

    Hounds to the hunters...

    I've seen that before.

Isn't that a little out of your usual territory?
