Not being able to edit logs

    Yeah. And congress will repeal Obamacare and pass a tax reform bill, too.

    For some this is much easier said than done, especially after hours when you don't have time to wait.

    You bet its a ton of grief when the delivery has to be made at 4am and who knows when the office staff gets in. 8am?

    My Qualcomm does glitch once in a while.
    I have forgotten to change status before. I'm not perfect, but neither is my Qualcomm.
    It is almost second nature now, when I stop, the brake gets set, I go OD or whatever......I still always look for the park light and check the elog when I get back from the rest room.

    Read the new reg which starts Dec 17 th you wont be edit your logs anymore! Without approval ! Sorry the company is just following new regs already!

    If you have yourown authority make sute you read the new regulation thoroughly! It spells out everything pretty thourgh! And make sute you have an approved ELD! If its not your in violation!

    Nope. Wrong. Driver can edit anything but drive. Office can annotate drive and reassign drive time, but not make it go away.
    Of course company policy can be more restrictive.

    48 minutes is an eternity in my job. That's why I despise the 30 minute break and refuse to take one as long as I'm on paper. That could be a difference of 3 or 4 stops.
