Yep. More concerned about their phones than their jobs. Untrained chimps.

I grew up in a very small town. Got my first job stocking shelves at the local general store when I was 11 or 12 for about 15 cents/hour, then started a lawn mowing business a year later. From the time I was old enough to be able to lift a bale of hay, my dad farmed my brother and I out to friends to bale hay, shell corn, walk beans and help with chores. Did that until I got into college, and then moved on to a series of part-time and summer jobs in radio and electronics. The "part-time" was closer to full time mostly, and I generally enjoyed those jobs more than school. My brother drove a straight truck for the local grain elevator during the summer when he was a teenager. No CDL, of course.

Finally got moved up to Clarksdale. The last farm we done in Arcola had a 220 to the bushel overall avg on the corn. 88 bushel avg on beans.

Speaking of kids boss tells us 90% of the corn on this plantation is going to Tyson at Union. They have a 92k gross weight limit. I warned every truck. Welp 8 loads sent 8 rejected. Might be hard to meet what was booked at that rate lmao. So I loaded a good in and just headed to bay Springs lmao. No since in taking one measly ### load to Union

All irrigated. From what I gather the Delta had a perfect year as far as getting the right amount of rain at the right time.
