    He didn't call you because he didn't want it to snow inside of his garage.

    No windex bottles. Go to Home Depot or Lowes, and get the ZEP spray bottles. I use one for windex, and I can stand on one side of the truck and hit the whole windshield before I scrub it with the truck stop squeegee. Windex bottles require you to get up and personal with it. I use one for soapy water, one for plain tap water, and one for simple green. There's all of your cleaning needs, or at least most of them.
