Yes, for school buses, but not for coaches.

I am sure the people at the bus stop have something to talk about now. Such a shame it caused death.
G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
That's nuts, I think there needs to be a capped limit on any vehicle with passengers for hire. People put their trust in complete strangers hands to get them to and from their destination safely. But like any large vehicle, it's a death machine barreling down on smaller cars. It doesn't kill just one or two.

Wow, what the heck, looks like a school bus company written on the back, I WONDER !!! I'll have to research that. If that's the case, that DUI should have shown up in his file. School bus drivers in other words, get a rectal exam when it comes to passing all required tests and background checks. Not sure how he/she slipped through.

I stand corrected, Dahlia Inc. No excuses for run away death machine.G13Tomcat Thanks this.

One exception is a medical event rendering the operator incapacitated. Many medical events are never foreseen.G13Tomcat Thanks this.

Oh definitely, but if something was preventable, then why not. And also there are the people who have some kind of condition that their doctor doesn't know about and they withhold that information. But in this case, this guy was not researched or the company just plain didn't care.G13Tomcat Thanks this.

Depends on when the driver got the DUI. Most companies won't touch you if the DUI was within a 10 year periodLast edited: Sep 20, 2017
