Looking for greener grass after 1 yr.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a company/companies that might fit my needs (wants).

I have a little over a year OTR dryvan/reefer. I'm out of Phoenix, AZ, but I live where I work. I might ask for home time a couple times a year, and even then I'm not likely to be too particular about the dates. Wife and cat (yep, that's right and he walks on a leash) come with me. So I'd need a company with rider and pet policies.

Prefer new equipment with all the fancies (APU, Inverter, PrePass, etc). Would like to not be running NYC, California, or much of the Northwest (chaining all the #### time is a *****).
Good miles at high rate would be great too. Organized with low volume of BS if possible (I'll ask for the moon and the stars while I'm at it).

Any one know of any companies that would be worth looking into? Thank you,

 

Firstly, thank you very much for the recommendations. Been kept busy a lot during business hours of late, or routed through areas with poor/no cell reception (it's like they know I'm looking into other companies, lol). So progress has been a little slow, but here's what I've got so far:

Britton Transport- Have called twice now, but haven't been able to get a hold of anyone in recruiting so far. Just rings until inevitable voicemail.

Holland- really seems like a great company. Very little to complain about. I think I'd be very happy with them. There are a couple of concerns. Everywhere I've looked so far has said that they require 2 years experience. Also I've seen a couple places say they require their doctor to preform a new DOT physical. Been through that before, just a scam to make you pay for a sleep study. Wether you have any symptoms or not.

Danny Herman Trucking- cpm is a little low. Continuous 10/wk pet charge after $500 deposit seems ridiculous. So basically $10/wk X 52wk/yr; imagine if I sit with them long term. After 3yrs that's $2,000+ for a pet, $5,000+ after 10yrs... Didn't seem to have as many perks and benefits as Holland.

Freymiller- tried calling once. No answer. I'll have to try again.

Still looking into the other companies. Haven't found an opportunity to call yet. @redeye18 haven't looked into ACT yet but the picture of the brochure you posted doesn't seem to show Phoenix in their hiring area?
