Orientation/Training Pay

    Quick question. I know averitt pays $450/wk while in orientation and training for the 4 weeks. However, do you get paid weekly while in training or do they hold that money til your training is done like some companies do (which should be illegal). I need to know cause I have bills that won't stop while I'm training for a month. I start 10/2/17.

    you either get paid weekly or every 2 weeks, you're lucky, my training pay back in the day was a mere $150.00 weekly!!! but that was back in the early 1980's, lol

    Averitt pays weekly but they will hold a week like most companies so its 2 weeks till your first check
