When you delete the EGR valve you need to change the pipe before the flex pipe it has a restrictor plate welded inside either remove it or change it to the non EGR pipe it will help with exhaust flow, here is the part number for the pipe without 20446745, this wont help your lack of power problem just thought it was good information for those that have deleted egr
