AOBRD vs ELD

I ordered one Big Road unit. It also can be used as AOBRD, you can edit everything from the admin account, even drive time, but all the changes are saved on their servers. The app works really well. You can sign up for a free trial via Nastc or on their website.
Oh and yard moves don't have speed limit, it's just 5 miles radius.
GeoWiz's app is a complete garbage, did not like it whatsoever. Have not tried the Keeptrucking yet

 

I ordered Keeptruckin yesterday. They are starting to get slammed with orders. Said it will be about two weeks before I get it.

 

I spoke to someone from keep trucking and he told me they don't have eobrd option right now.

Can you edit drive time on big road?

Got it over with! I ordered Keep Trucking too...there is AOBRD option indeed. Paid for the yearly subscription $360 + shipping cost. The subscription includes IFTA reporting (not filing though, you have to file it yourself). The equipment (hardware) is provided free with the subsription, they retain the ownership of the hardware, so when you cancel, you need to ship it back. A 2 - 3 weeks waiting (they do back-ordering).

 

I understand that once you make a choice of the AOBRD mode before Dec 18 you good with it for the next two years, the other way around is not possible, though. So, as far as I know, the biggest difference is the ability to reclassify ( as they put eloquently) the line 3....ELD mode won't allow it. The yard move and Personal Conveyance still possible with the ELD mode, so I was told. But ...please correct me, If I am wrong understanding this.
