Any companies that will hire with just a cdl permit?

All 3 of the above hire drivers with only a cdl permit.
Stevens Transport has school in Houston & Dallas and probably have you in class Monday.

 

Titan Transfer will. Starts at .33-.38 and home just about every weekend. After training you get a new freightliner with an auto. Pm me and I will send you the contact info of one of the best guys there. Next class startes Oct 2nd. They actually require new drivers to first get the permit then do the short class b4 hitting the road with a trainer.

Do you know where the training is? Is it paid training?

 

Paid 2 weeks at 7.25 hr 40hrs. Local hotel can be had at $38 but its a flea dip inn.

 

Although most students will try an bunk together to save the $$. Very good company.

Nope. You need a full CDL for insurance purposes etc.

 

Go get your CDL and then apply. It's only a 3 part test.
Study for the pretrip and then rent a truck (and have a CDL holder with you) and take it to the testing center.
You don't need to deal with theses bottom feeding megas that they are all the same and all will treat you like crap.
