i have a Detroit 60 series having loss of speed issue any hill or even a small underpass elevated causes me to lose speed and when I take off it takes so long to get from 0-70 like ridiculous long

    I have deleted egr
    Deleted vpod
    Turbo is direct and calibrated

Idk what else I can do also they commented to me that if clutch is adjusted to tight without play that can cause loss of speed is this right

A clutch won't cause that unless it's to far out of adjustment and slips. But you would/should notice that. Sounds to me like whoever did the deletes on your engine didn't do anything for the programming in the ecm. And that is a subject that we can't talk about here.

I'd say check the basics, fuel pressure, boost leaks, and maybe even an injector cut out test.

How did the truck run before it had the deletes done?

Almost sounds like a de-rate which considering what you had done to the motor, is a distinct possibility. If you delete those things, and don't change the ecm settings, it goes into de-rate mode to protect itself. How many lbs of boost are you making? Check leaks around intercooler, boots on turbo piping, fuel pressure inline. Get a temp gun and shoot the exhaust ports on the manifold to see if all injectors are firing and heating the cylinders.
