I think you should probably deal with this problem before you go out.

LOL! Yeah, that's what I need. A case of the BIG C.

If it is, it is. Oh well.

For whoever asked up a few posts, yeah, it's at least every hour, if not half-hour.

I'm guessing everyone else's insides are made out of iron?

Nobody here pees a lot while trucking and has found ways to mitigate the problem?

Could very well be that you have diabetes. That's how it started for me about 4 years ago.

I have suffered from overactive bladder all my life. My case when the urge hits I know my bladder isn't full and keep going. If I drink a lot of fluid rather than sipping through out the day, then I have to pee a lot. Instead of drinking that bottle of water all at once, sip on it for an hour or more.

If you are getting up that much at night to pee. I bet its sleep apnea. Your body is trying to get you to breathe, it knows that if you have to pee you wake up, and that way you breathe. I know it sounds dumb, but i was dong the same thing. My fat but shrinking ### now uses a sleep apnea machine and i sleep through the night.

I have a couple of 32oz gatorade bottles for emergencies; they have a larger opening and aren't too unwieldly to handle.

I would suggest somethings besides water or just drinking less. Straight water tends to run through you where something with a little sugar may hold for a while. If you are going in decent volume each time I would think you would start to cramp at some point from loss of sodium. If it's not a lot, then it might be prostrate related.

It takes 300ml, about 10oz, in your bladder to kick in the "gotta go now" urge. You either have a bladder problem, see your urologist, or your fluid intake is way too high. There are medications to control an overactive bladder. Its not a big deal. See your doctor.

Yes, you need an answer to this before you go in the road with a trainer. My 10 hour days are 12 hour days with a trainee, when they need to stop every 1.5-2 it turns into a 14 hour day. You also don't get to pee in my truck - full stop.

Schneider, Millis, and Veriha all gave short training periods and hire in your area.
