Probably. I would go some where like that. But if he goes to a school. They may make him get one with their doc too.

Yes, but most any starting company will have you do the physical with their doctors.
If the OP mentions the drugs the result may be the same.

And if he does not, and it comes up in a background or medical record check...

He needs a letter from the proper doctor to clear him of the need for the drug and to say he no longer has a problem.
At least, that is how I see it.

 

USA Truck will have him get a phyiscal before he goes and might let him use this one.
