You'll either clear your name or you'll have to do a SAP program.

Not spending for the other test and you'll have to complete a SAP in order to get on with your life.

They probably used some new or latest version of the panel test, and it's more sensitive. Unlike my X wife.

 

Okay... I'll explain this just once, the keys are in your own statement. First there is a reason why you can do a huge rail of cocaine or meth and 48 to 72 hours later pass a piss test done with a common litmus stick kit and it takes at least 10 to 30 days for marijuana. Delta 9 tetrahydracannibinol the stuff in pot that gets you high dispenses into your blood stream as canibinol and when it reaches your liver it is treated as a sugar and basically stored as fat. So without getting into a long complicated lecture on metabolism the length of time it takes to leave your body depends on 2 things how much was consumed over what amount of time and how fast your metabolic rate is, basically how fat are you.

So after waiting 90 days you bought a standard litmus stick test and passed it, and your boss had it tested the same way as a pre employment test, however you mention the one you failed was a 5 panel probably sent to the lab. At the lab they do what is called a spectrometer test. It's done with a machine that talks a portion of your pee or blood and vaporizes it and shines a laser through it. You can't beat the mass spectrometer test. It can tell you what is in the molecular structure of the sample and tell them how much is there.
So... Don't waste your money find a SAP program and do what you must.

Oh one more thing just so everyone knows because a good example was shown here. There are as I pointed out 2 ways to test piss. One is the litmus stick method where a stick with colored panels is placed in the pee and someone looks to see which one shows a color and how bright it is...The cost of that one is about $25.

The other way is send it by courier to a certified lab for a spectrometer 5 panel. The cost of that is closer to $250.

So you can see which one is more attractive as a pre employment for cheap companies. DOT don't do cheap and randoms are done for them directly.
