Well first Tennman starting drinking shy and channeling the Oracle of Delphi. Everyone poopooed him, turns out we should have listened a little better.

Then there was a Truckers Coach who knows as much about trucking as I do about about flying to the moon.

Freightwipper pissed off everyone for posting rates and lanes. Then pissed of everyone else talking about Mercer and Landstar as all the ICs were looking for an exit strategy. He now owns two trucks (the t680 and a western star) and is running refeer. He's looking for drivers if you're looking for a job.

Schneider went public.

All the company guys from your time have left except me. We do gave one new company guy that's stuck around here past orientation. All company trucks are automatic, and we've just taken delivery of about 100 International LT trucks with the Cummins sx15.

There's a new "terminal" in Sturbridge, we bought Watkins Shepherd - all but 3 of their drivers have already left. Of those 3 one is a masochist, and we have incriminating evidence on the other two. We're getting into final mile delivery - installing appliances and the like. Turnover is so bad we've started hiring out of Hawaii and Alaska. Company trucks do 63 mph now. We have a new website.

Other than that everything is just how you left it. Micromanagement, poor customer service, poor communication, bad food at the OCs, SEM takes forever to make inefficient decisions.

I think @rickybobby Is the only IC that posts anything positive anymore and when he does the thread immediately launches into a Schneider vs Mercer War.
I think there's more people who are not with SNI posting than there who work there lol. I left in december 2015 and left trucking for a little bit, then came crawling back and went back to tankers with a small utah company and have been complaiming anput it ever since lol

I'm a little past your time. Just started sni back in Feb on a dedicated Walmart account. I did however read through your thread that is pinned here. Had a hard time finding the continuations and ran outta time to read them.

I really enjoyed this thread though and couldn't help but to constantly think, "dang this guy keeps getting screwed!". Welcome back.

yeah, Roger pretty much hemmed it up.......I think the only IC's left here are me, Tennman, and the other dude who keeps posting his settlement statements (Rickey)......
I was gonna go LTL, but the milk got sour when the dude changed the terms of the deal, so I'll be around for a little while longer......but it's all good.
