Nothing like leaving a vendor and weighing your load and seeing the scale ticket with being in the 16th hole - 26420 drive, 40350 trailer.

Not to mention when I got here last night load wasn't ready and ran out of hours waiting and had to bobtail to truck stop for my 10 hour break and pick up in the morning.

 

I'll be sure to tell Bentonville and Management why I'm leaving when the time comes. Hopefully soon. Problem with putting myself out there in the open is alot of Walmart drivers are suck ups and would hurry to turn in a disgruntled employee stating facts to their Perspective GM. I'm glad I made you laugh. No need to take your ball and go home. I tell ya what. When I put in my 2 weeks notice. I will reveal myself to you like Satan. Just kidding on Satan part.

None of the HR really even know how the paycut is going to work but I'd think they'd progress up to our rates after so many years with the company.

 

I don't think anyone really knows for sure yet. I hear different things from guys at neighboring DC. Our GTM was under impression of .38cpm is it.. as in no raises topped out etc.

 

I'm beginning to think that .38 cpm is a good rumor that spread quickly but we'll see. I'm sick of what Walmart has done, but think I've become sick of the fellow drivers and their gossip as well.

 

Walmart called today. Everything has come back except for 1 of the past employer sheets they send out. Gave them the bosses personnel cell phone and I'm guessing they'll be calling me for a Final offer next week or whenever they get a hold of him.

HR also said whatever offered it stays. they did not take it away. thank the lord. have a good weekend
