I did click it. I guess I should rephrase my question. Do they hire company drivers and train them?

 

LS is owner operators only. No entry level training.

 

No company drivers @ landstar, but you could drive for a bco with multiple units if you meet LS qualifications. You can always give them a call and discuss it with them, if you meet the min I believe they will help set your up with someone looking for a driver.
First time I talked with them I didn't have enough recent OTR experience for them but they still spent about an hour on the phone going over everything.

 

Just because you meet the minimum qualifications doesn’t mean they’ll lease you on.
