I bought three different size reamer bits to install the pusher on my truck. They worked slick as heck. I would like to get a mag drill sometime in the future.

yes its a ball buster if your not familiar with it. if the drill demagnetized from frame rail it will cause damage to you, if it falls on your foot.

I've got a champion mag drill and it has more than paid for itself.

Less is definitely more when doing frames.

I use 11018 for frames and trailer repair (where necessary), runs just like 7018, only stronger.

Yeah i know, it took me awhile and only burned up one dewalt cordless drill. I wish I had a mag drill to do that job but I worked with what I had. I think I drilled 10 holes that way, the rest lined up with the precut holes on the frame.

One place I loved using a mag drill was with hole saws. So much nicer than using a hand drill.

Could you just buy a cut off of the back end whole suspension and cut and weld it in? Seems like that would be easier than drilling all new holes or sliding in new rails. Then you would just have to hook the air and electric lines together. Or is there a good reason you can't do that?
