    Given that the outer anatomical features would have had to be changed to do the sexual reassignment, one would have to assume that he gives birth just as millions of American women do every year... by Ceasarian. :)

    She is still a woman. She hasn't had the sexual reassignment surgery so it is crazy to me that they allowed her to legally change her sex to male. She is just an ugly woman, not a man.
