Huh? The same video they played at all meetings broke it down as follows..
6 schedules were deemed necessary..
5/2
6/3
5/2 , 5/3
Full Time Extra Board
Full Time Flex Driver
Part Time Driver.
There will still be plenty of slip seating. Thats why all this shake up doesn't make any sense. Youll still have guys at bottom not working 5 days every week. What they did is force senior guys out of a nice schedule. Could it be they wanted these top paid drivers to quit? Gee I wonder, not that bringing on new drivers at a lesser pay schedule has ANYTHING to do with this change up
foggy Thanks this. -

Because you will be slip seating & switching out trucks 2-3 times a week loosing miles, time approximately 1.5/2 hours per swap equates to roughly $7280/ year low side. Or put on a program of 5-2/5-3 or such loosing at minimum 2 pay days a month let's just ballpark it at $350/day ADP $8400 annually.

Geez you are the king of assumptions, even the gtm’s don’t know what’s going to be available and yet you have it all figured out.WallyWife and Ironhead2542 Thank this.

I am on the extra board and have slip seated about 5 times in 8 months, that’s not to say that some don’t slip seat more but to say you’ll be changing 3 times a week is a little bit much to say, no? 2 hrs to change trucks, no way. From time I in gate fuel wash and clean out old truck load new truck and out gate is an hour.creeder86, Ironhead2542 and Prd783 Thank this.
