No assumption as far as schedule. The GTM had his computer and projector and He laid out the schedules I just wrote about. I don't need flash cards to understand what was in bold letters on a screen. I don't know what they said at other DCS BUT they laid it out for us as far as schedules. Thank you for assuming I made it all up. As far as pushing drivers out . Thats my assumption and Im not alone in thinking that.

 

Yes . Its the opposite Driver. If only some DC's are getting the worst of it. They're going to have an even bigger problem.

 

My GTM told me he does not know how meny 5/2 , 5/2 5/3 , 6/3 and flex programs there will be. That was over the phone as he personally called me due that I'm on sick leave.

 

But your assuming how many assigned trucks and how many will be on what programs, because they haven’t decide yet. We know what the schedules are but not how many of each. Just because others are also assuming they are trying to get rid of senior drivers doesn’t mean your right.

 

Upper management at Walmart is counting on guys like you. Walmart Cheer and all. When did I say I knew how many Drivers would be on whatever schedules? Show me where I said that .

 

You may not make as much,but at least we are not taking a pay cut. Can't blame Walmart for making changes,they are trying to run a business.

 

Lol, if these policies cause me to make less, that constitutes a pay cut.

Hard to justify the changes when they're building a one billion dollar HQ. Tough times for sure.
