We finished soybeans on Wednesday. We started on corn late afternoon yesterday. The field we are on now is 72 day and moisture has been between 18%-19%. It is running anywhere from 80 to 150 bu/ac. The dam blackbirds ate some of this field up so it varys out here.Crusader66, 4mer trucker, cke and 5 others Thank this.

Well I think I've had my first TTR member sighting today. Heading out to my pickup to go home for the night and I spot an orange and silver Pete heading past on the highway.

Moved another 587 pipelayer today. Turned of wv. Rt. 2 onto I-470 to pull the hill and this sweet A-model kw was in front of me. I kept waiting for the black smoke to roll and he would get out of my way. He had a big steel coil sittin on the deck. It never happened! So I roll the go - fast pedal and went around with my yellow iron. He Holland something about chewing the pavement up as I went past. Went and delivered then stopped at Dallas Pike to eat and BS with some buddies. Lo and behold the driver of that sweet A-model was sittin in the booth behind me. Got to talking and he had a KT- 450 in his ride. Told him what I had and he wouldn't belive me till we went out and opened my hood. He mumbled something about going to some truck shop when he gets home as he walked away. LOL
Crusader66, VTech, bigguns and 5 others Thank this. -
