Well because maybe if you have to look that hard then you probably should take it with a grain of salt....

 

Dont mind him. Like you said hes an ex Millis employee. Of course there is no company that has 100% positive reviews, but when the RECENT good reviews heavily outnumber the bad, then ya makes you wonder why those people had bad experiences, when the majority of drivers are satisfied. Hell we just got a message this wk congratulating 12 guys that hit 2mil miles with Millis and another for 5mil miles (prettu sure it was 5mil). Obviously the company is doing something right...

 

Yeah, don't mind me lol...or any of the original Millis cheerleaders that all left the company after saying how great it was. Millis is one of the best starter companies around but they are still a starter company. If people want to stay there after a year or two...it's their business. That's the same as 8 year drivers at Werner and Swift...not sure how much their long term career advice would mean to me. Don't get me wrong, you can learn something from most people...but you have to wonder why a veteran driver stays at a starter company.
