Not completely on subject but does anyone know any advantages of 5/2-5/3 versus 6/3? I’m on 6/3 now but our DC is gonna start some of those wondering if worth the switch?

6/3 is way better. You get your weekends quicker. Only Advantage to 5/2 5/3 is your paycheck is more consistent. 9 day paycheck biweekly and then a couple of 10 day paychecks . Also on a 5/2 5/3 you can work an extra day. Therefore theres more opportunity as far as earning goes. But If your Ok making 80-90 k on 6/3 . 6/3 is King.

The only chance Walmart drivers have is if someone higher up decides the "new way" is not the Walmart way. Seems to me all of this is really based on making that overpriced and failed Optimiser look good so no one loses their job. What you folks think?

Quit now, or get let go within next 5 years when they phase out Fleet because its so much more expensive than Swift.... Whats the difference. For all you guys that think these paycuts & Schedule changes will ensure you have a J-O-B for years to come... you're gonna be in for a surprise when they drop the final axe on fleet. I could be wrong . But I doubt it. This is how it starts fellas. So keep on defending Walmart's changes, it'll only make you more upset If they phase fleet out down the road. Lol
