Car Transport Carrier Problem

    Not surprised look at the rag tag equipment. Headrack looks home made. I feel bad for you and wish you the best of luck. Sometimes you get what you pay for. He was not professional at all from what I see.

    Sorry you had such a bad experience, guy sounds like a clown, what was his explanation that the battery was now charged? Also I am NOT defending him, esp. hitting the roof with the ramps part, but I have to mention, if you blow up that very first pic you posted you can see the lower bumper is already damaged??? But that is kinda a mute point after having the ramp give way.

    I did not go for the cheapest company. I received over 30 bids from different transport companies. I eliminated the cheapest and the most expensive. I wanted the car to be taken care since it was being transported such a long way. I went with Montway who then contracted out to another transport company called Coast to Coast Transport. I had no control over that.

    The front bumper like the rest of the car has scratches. The car is not brand new. I have before photos and now after photos of the damage after the delivery incident. It is clear that damage did occur. The video shows the new crack in the front bumper and paint cracks.

    Update

    Montway mediated the incident and Coast to Coast proposed a settlement. I thought it was going to be a long drawn out fight so I am relieved and ready to move on.

    Thank you, everyone, for your valuable input into my situation

    Lesson learned!
